John Custy is the founder and managing consultant for JPC Group, a professional services company focused on service management. He is a certified ITIL Expert, Service Management Manager, Service Management Practitioner, ITSM Professional Based on ISO/IEC 20000 Manager/Consultant, an itSMF Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant and a Knowledge-Centered Support Verified v4 trainer.
A member of the HDI faculty and an HDI-certified auditor, John also serves as a member of the HDI International Certification Standards Committee. He was recently recognized as a Distinguished Professional in IT Service Management by itSMF/priSM.
John has a BS from Lowell Technological Institute and an MS in Innovation and Technology from Boston University. He is co-author of the paper “Customer-Oriented Enterprise Integration Technology.”
