App Dev Pros Write Their Own Tickets

Burgeoning demand and tight supply have led to higher compensation for application developers—if they possess the right mix of expertise. For example, Ruby and iOS are hot, but that’s not necessarily the case in all industries. To command top salaries, developers must build a strong portfolio of demonstrable success, along with a complement of soft skills that show an ability to learn new things and roll with changes.
