The median pay raise is zero this year, a trend that stretches across nearly every region. Job security worries are on the rise. As always, some industries fare better than others, and certain skills remain in high demand. IT leaders need to address head-on the challenges of staff morale and recognition that this period of stagnant compensation creates.
